Gold Detecting in Australia
Australian detectorist like us detect on the beaches, looking for lost items, they also have a another type of detecting; GOLD. This can be a dangerous adventure if not organised and planned correctly. On my last visit I talked to several people on the local beach, they explained that the finds on the beach were usually coins, jewellery and the fishermen`s weight`s. They told me of certain people that detected up in the gold fields I did not manage to talk to them but found these pictures of their exploits, enjoy.
